Tender and Quotation

  1. Offers are invited from relevant supplier companies, insurance companies, and agents registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and with relevant experience to submit proposals for the following service:

  1. Tender documents shall be available for purchase from 12:00 noon on 17 April 2026 via the Tenderwizard System at a fee of RM50.00 per document.
  2. Only bidders who have attended the tender briefing and purchased the tender documents shall be eligible to participate in this tender exercise.
  3. Each bidder is permitted to submit only one (1) tender submission for each tender issued.
  4. All Tender Documents must be duly completed in full. Failure to comply may result in the submission being disqualified from consideration.
  5. Pernas reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender, and shall not be obliged to provide any reason for the rejection of any tender. The decision of Pernas shall be final and binding.

Tender Document Submission:
Through the online platform at www.tenderwizard.my/PERNAS
  1. Tender documents for Item No. 1 and 2 can be purchased from 12:30 PM on 16 December 2024, while documents for Tender No. 3 will only be available for purchase on 31 December 2024 at a price of RM50.00 per copy (non-refundable). Bidders must make payment to Perbadanan Nasional Berhad via JomPAY (JomPAY Code = 50047) prior to receiving the tender documents via email.
  2. Only bidders who attend the tender briefing will be allowed to purchase and participate in this tender.
  3. Each bidder is only allowed to submit one tender proposal for each tender offered.
  4. Incomplete tender documents will not be evaluated.
  5. Pernas is not obliged to accept the lowest-priced tender or any tender submitted, nor is it required to provide reasons for any rejection. The decision of the tender committee is final.
