This specialized initiative empowers Bumiputera youth to launch careers in the franchise, pre-franchise, and licensing sectors. The program provides a comprehensive success roadmap, including business matching and financing assistance, paired with structured training and six months of expert mentoring following your business launch.

Franchisee / Pre-Franchisee / Licensee

• Partcipant must be within 21 years old-40 years old (man&women) ;
• The major shareholder(s) must be youth and hold a minimum of 60% shares in the company;
• Entrepreneur is the owner/operator;
• Franchisor/Master Franchisee must be registered with Registrar of Franchise (ROF);
• 100% equity owned by bumiputera;
• Financing application through Sendirian Berhad (Sdn.Bhd) company is for financing up to RM500,000. However, financing application by Sole-proprietorship, partnership, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) are limited up toRM250,000. only;
• Letter of Offer from franchisor, pre-franchisor on licensor has been obtained;
• The business must be syariah compliant; and
• Customer must have good credit record and subject to Pernas credit criteria.
• Customer must at least have 6 months experience in business (online/off line business.
