1. Tender documents shall be available for purchase from 12:00 noon on 17 April 2026 via the Tenderwizard System at a fee of RM50.00 per document.
2. Only bidders who have attended the tender briefing and purchased the tender documents shall be eligible to participate in this tender exercise.
3. Each bidder is permitted to submit only one (1) tender submission for each tender issued.
4. All Tender Documents must be duly completed in full. Failure to comply may result in the submission being disqualified from consideration.
5. Pernas reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender, and shall not be obliged to provide any reason for the rejection of any tender. The decision of Pernas shall be final and binding.
