Tender Terms and Conditions

  1. Tender documents may be purchased from 12.00 noon (2 September 2026) via the Tenderwizard System.
  2. Only bidders who attend the tender briefing and purchase the tender document are eligible to participate in this tender.
  3. Bidders are only allowed to submit one tender proposal for this tender.
  4. The Tender Document must be completed in full. Failure to do so may result in the tender proposal not being considered.
  5. Pernas is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender received, nor is PERNAS required to provide any reason for the rejection of any tender. The tender decision shall be final.
